Production Process
– Water treatment
WFI-Water for injection is the 95% of our Product. We are taking extra precautions for the production and handling of WFI. Water Treatment System is designed as per latest Pharmacopial requirements and WHO Standard.
– Water Distillation process
We have two distillation units of five and six columns each manufactured with S.S 316L material and designed for the production of high quality pyrogen free water for injection, which is being stored in two double jacketed 316L storage tank having capability to maintain the required temperature by using pure steam with complete loop and circulation to system for maintaining the high temperature to minimize the risk of contamination.
– Chemical analysis of RAW material at lab for testing
We have a very well developed Quality check system with team of best experience members. Our instrument designs are of the latest versions and imported from best international companies (e.g. Shimadzu, Biobase). We have best microbiologists and pharmacists at our lab for testing and analyzing.
– Solution making tanks working under Class C environment
Solution is prepared in washed and sterilized eight tanks of S.S 316L in HEPA filtered environment of capacity up to six thousand liters.
– Testing and analyzing of products at each level from experienced microbiologists and pharmacists.
– BFS (Blow, filled, sealed) technology for making and filling of the bottles
Latest available technology in the world is (BFS Technology) BLOW, FILL & SEAL the company has successfully installed
– Auto Clave process for making IV Infusions properly sterilized
Sterilizer is done on 106.C for 80 Minutes. The company has (2) autoclave of 11000 liters large volume sterilization capacity which is most distinctive feature from all the other IV infusion making companies.
– Testing and analyzing of products
Our professional team of microbiologists and pharmacists analyze the products at each level of production to make it 99.9% harmless for human life.
– Packing of the products under hygiene control area
We have approximately 200+ laborers working under neat and clean environment and under supervision of experts for proper packaging of the bottles.
– 14 days Quarantine of products for testing
The solution bottles after the whole process are kept in quarantined area for 14 days to check the growth of any living organisms in the solution.
– Final testing of the products at lab
After 14 days quarantine, the bottles are tested again at lab, under the supervision of experts to make it 99.9% free from any virus or bacteria.
– Dispatch process
The final tested and verified product is dispatched to the market. Our daily production on average basis is 120,000 Bottles per day.
